Now let us share how to use it:
1. Entrance: Move your mouse to below area, and you will see a menu with two options, and then click “Live Chat”
2. Enter your name and a valid email and then click “Start Chat”
3. When you enter the chat window, type in the questions and click “Send”. You can click “Multi Image” to add photos or screen captures.
4. If no Pantum service agents are online, you can leave a message and our agents will reply once they see it. Or you can try to send email to firstname.lastname@example.org or click “Service Hotline” to see the related hotline number for your area instead.
5. You can also click “Skype” to choose the other option for an online service.
