3. How to contact service team via the new Live Chat?

Enter from the entrance at the right corner of the homepage of www.pantum.com or service center

Enter your questions and send out to ask for support from Pantum service team

If Pantum support agents are not available at that time, you may leave a message and Pantum service team will contact you once they receive your message

4. How to register your Pantum product?
Enter “Service Center” as above and click “Register”

Fill in all the items required, choose the country or area you purchased your Pantum product, tick the checkbox after you read and accept the registration agreement, and finally click agree and register to submit
