The Reward Measures for Reporting the Production 
and Sale of Counterfeit and Substandard Products

To further purify the market environment and crack down on illegal and criminal activities pertaining to the production and sale of counterfeit products of "PANTUM" brand (hereinafter referred to as "our brand"), our company has initiated a special anti-counterfeiting campaign. To incentivize and reward entities and individuals who report such illegal and criminal activities, we have formulated the following measures:

1. We encourage you to report illegal and criminal activities about the production and sale of counterfeit products of our brand, and mobilize the participation of society in monitoring.

2. The illegal and criminal activities specified in this Reward Measures include any of the following situations:
(1) Produce, sell, store, transport, print products and the packaging which counterfeit the packaging image of our brand products;
(2) Counterfeit or falsely use the factory name and/or factory address of our company and/or the manufacturer of our brand products;
(3) Mixed sale genuine products and counterfeit products or passing off counterfeit products as genuine products.

3. Reward standards for reporting:
(1) For entities and individuals that provide clues regarding illegal and criminal activities, actively engage in clue verification, and assist our company in seizing the den of production and sale of counterfeit products (including raw materials, semi-finished products, etc.), a reward ranging from $2,000 to $10,000 will be offered.
(2) For entities and individuals that provide valid evidence and relevant clues of counterfeit products but do not participate in the clue verification process, if the verification of the provided information is consistent with investigation, a reward ranging from $30 to $300 will be offered.

For entities and individuals that meet the reward conditions, appropriate rewards will be allocated within the aforesaid reward standards, based on factors such as the severity of the verified illegal and criminal activities, economic losses incurred by our company, the quality of provided clues, and other pertinent considerations.

4. Distribution of rewards:
Each case only be awarded once. If multiple entities or individuals report the same case, the reward will be given to the first reporter in principle. Other reporters whose information has supplementary value in resolving the case may be rewarded accordingly. If two or more reporters jointly report a case, the distribution of the reward will be negotiated between and among the informants.

6. Our company will strictly comply with relevant laws, regulations, work disciplines, and confidentiality systems. We will try our best to ensure the strict confidentiality of reporter's identity information and report contents to protect the legitimate rights and interests of reporters. Any disclosure of reported information will be strictly dealt with in accordance with  relevant laws and regulations.

7. Pantum International Limited reserve the right to the final interpretation of this Reward Measures and this Reward Measures shall be effective on the issue date.
